On Saturday we returned from a week in Ireland at a beautiful thatched cottage above Portally Cove on the south coast near Dunmore East. Jenny and Steve gave us the holiday for out 60th birthdays - WOW!!! They came as well and the four of us had a lovely quiet week spent mostly down at the cove where we 'bodged' for sea glass and Steve swam and explored caves.It was a steep walk down to the cove and even steeper up on the other side to walk along the cliff top to Dunmore East - got used to doing it though!!!
